Frank Herrebout is a passionate, all-round filmmaker with extensive experience in low-budget documentaries and narrative cinema. Over the course of his career, he has produced and directed more than 25 documentaries, including The Fallen Astronaut, which was distributed to 10 countries by Journeyman Films, demonstrating his work’s international appeal.

In addition to his documentary work, Frank has written and directed four feature films and several short films, showcasing his range across both factual and narrative storytelling. His short film Nurse Lydia was selected for the main competition at the Berlin International Film Festival, highlighting his ability to craft compelling, character-driven stories that resonate on a global stage.
